Terms of payment and delivery
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
After you place an order, on your computer screen there will be a message, that the order has been accepted. You will receive a phone call by one of our employees only if there is a problem with your order or if important data is missing (such as – correctly written name, a telephone number, or a shipping address).
If your order is placed correctly, it will be processed and sent out within 2 to 3 business days (domestic deliveries, it may take longer for some villages in Bulgaria). You will receive a call or a short text message by the courier service company on the day of delivery. The short text message will also notify you about the amount you have to pay upon delivery directly to the courier.
Orders that amount more than BGN 65 will be processed and shipped FREE of charge for the delivery within the country.
Orders with amount less than BGN 65 will be sent to the recipient with a shipping fee BGN 6.

Shipping Methods:
Our team is committed to delivering the products ordered through this online store within 72 hours (two to three business days, it may take longer for some villages in Bulgaria) unless we do not have the products available. In this case, you will be notified by a phone call immediately.
Exceptions from this rule are official holidays and non-working days, as circumstances beyond our control (for example, bad weather conditions). For deliveries withing the country we only use the courier company SPEEDY AD.
We offer two types of delivery:
1. National:
Delivery by SPEEDY AD courier service to addresses in Bulgaria (up to 3 business days after processing the order, it may take longer for some villages in Bulgaria) – a small fee of 6 BGN is charged for delivery of orders amounting to less than BGN 65.

2. International – to EU countries:
Delivery by SPEEDY AD courier service through their European partners DPD (operating in the European Union) – it takes about 7 business days after processing the order.
Important: We currently do not process orders from countries outside the European Union.
Payment Methods:
In order to achieve maximum comfort and flexibility, Dr. Biomaster offers several standard options for paying for the merchandise offered at this online shop.
1. Payment upon delivery (cash on delivery) – This option is valid only for the domestic deliveries within Bulgaria. A courier company will deliver the goods you have selected at the address you specified in the order form and you will pay directly to the courier the value of the goods upon delivery. If the value is less than BGN 65, you will also have to pay a shipping fee of 6 BGN to your address within Bulgaria.
2. Payment by a bank transfer – Another payment option is a bank transfer to the account of Dr. Biomaster OOD. When choosing this method, you should keep in mind that usually, bank transfers take up to 24 hours. Once the transfer is verified, we will ship out the products to you.
All bank transfer charges should be paid by the customer!

Return/Replace of Product(s)
You can request return of delivered products on several occasions.
- A product that does not meet its specifications as listed on the site
If the product delivered to you does not meet the description as featured on the online store, you can return the product and replace it with another one or request to be refunded the full amount. If you choose to replace the product with another one of a higher value, you will have to pay the difference in the prices, and if the value is lower, the difference will be refunded to you on your bank account. The transport costs in this case are at our expense.
If you discover upon delivery, that the product has been visibly damaged by the courier during the transportation, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package and call us immediately on +359 2 952 34 49, so we can process the insurance claim and send you another package.
- Goods that have been delivered incorrectly
If a different product is delivered (other than what has been ordered), please notify our representative at +359 2 952 34 49 as soon as possible, by requesting the return of the product to be replaced with the correct one. The transport costs in this case are at our expense.

NOTE:
In all cases described above, the products should be returned to the state in which they were obtained - in their original package and accompanied by all delivery documents – a receipt, an invoice, etc. Products, which are damaged by the recipient or which are not in their original form and package won’t be accepted for a return.
In cases other than those described above, the transport costs for replacing the products are at the expense of the customer and amount to 6 BGN for the territory of the country.
Prices
Prices shown at this website are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) for one piece, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Prices are final and include VAT.
Registration
Registration at the herbs-doctor.com online store will take no more than two minutes, and you will need to fill in information for recipient’s address as well as contact details that would enable communication between you and the members of Herbs-Doctor’s website team.
Dr. Biomaster Ltd, which is the owner of herbs-doctor.com website, is registered as an administrator of personal data to the Commission for Data Protection in Bulgaria. The personal data provided by you will be processed carefully for the purposes of the customer service only and will be used for communicating with you and correctly sending the order to you. Dr. Biomaster Ltd. takes great responsibility in handling, using and storing your personal data, according to the GDPR regulation and ensuring its protection from third parties.
